Horrendous customer service. I went in to ask a few questions for a school project. The man proceeded to tell me how i should never ask to interview someone I don’t know. I’ve lived here for 12 years and have been there at least 30 times. I stopped going there because every time I would get a full set, they would peal up in less than a week. He then proceeded to tell me basically I was being demanding and rude. I asked innocent questions such as “why do you do nails?” and “why did you come to America?” He then told me I walked in “like the FBI” asking questions. I politely went to the man and asked if he had a few minutes so I could do a short interview. He told me to sit down and ask what I needed to. So if it was a problem to let me interview you, why did he agree in the first place. (And if you’re that concerned that anyone that walks in with a notebook, a floral pattern one might I add, is the FBI, then maybe you really do have something to hide) There is a reason that the salon I had just left right down the street was packed, but this salon was completely empty.

Went there today at close to noon. Only 3 people working on a Saturday when you know people are off and wanting services done. I was told there was a wait of at least one hour, well I was hoping it wasn’t going to take that long, sat and waited. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting I had enough. That long of a wait for a Pedicure???? I think not, even people with appointments had to wait. They are slower than molasses on a cold A$$ day, sorry, but this was an hour and a half that I wasted completely because of being understaffed. Sorry will NEVER EVER set foot in there again!

It is pricey, but the quality is good. I am from Norfolk, Virginia, and a gel polish change will run you anywhere from $18 to $20. It’s $25 here which is a little pricey to me, but it may be common for the area. Again, the quality was pretty good.
