I’ve been going to this salon for a long time. Most instances I’ve been happy with my experience. This past Saturday I took an hour to get a gel manicure, after getting a pedicure. The color on my manicure had popped off all of my fingers less than 24 hours after application. They were closed Sunday, I went in on my 1/2 lunch today to get a refund, since I wanted them done for Sunday and they were closed. One of the technicians told me she could redo it, but no refund. I don’t have time and it was for Sunday. She gives me a number to call Bo. He answers and says he can redo, but no refund. I reiterate I don’t have the time and it was for an event Sunday. He tells me I do not understand, I bought a service and it doesn’t work that way. I told him his service didn’t work and I wanted a refund. He called me an ax hole and hung up. I won’t be back, my three daughters won’t be back and I will tell everyone I know to not go there. I used no inappropriate language and am very upset to be spoken to in that manner. Lots of other salons. I hope his policy is worth it.

They do a amazing job.. sometimes could be better than others but the good out ways the bad. This is the best place to go for a pedicure. They massage every toe Wow..I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. They do my fingers toes and eye brows. And now this is where my daughters go.. thank you Lee nails

The atmosphere was pleasant, and all three of us were pleased with the results. My professional, Kali, was awesome. I am from Wilmington, and plan on visiting Lee’s whenever I am in town. Too many people servicing me and way over priced. My first time here New Year’s Eve and I had 3 people doing a 1 maybe 2 person job. And they don’t even speak to you. I asked for a full set on my nails and 2 acrylic tips on my toes and that alone was $50 on top on the $50 for a basic pedicure they didn’t even use a sugar scrub or lotion my skin. My nails were done super short so lucky they only charged me $20 and then I sent $13 to wax my eyebrows. I doubt I’ll return.
