I went to have my eyebrows simply ‘cleaned up’ from the bottom to maintain my thick natural brow look. I walked out with my eyebrows pencil thin, and it is going to take a long time to get them to grow back. I feel incredibly unhappy and insecure. The technician clearly did not understand my request linguistically, and they needed a translator to explain to them why I was unhappy. The shop is also unclean. I would discourage anyone from going here for any reason.

I have been looking for a nail salon that listens to my requests. Today I found it! Rich was amazing! Not only did he do exactly what I asked him to, he was hysterical! I have never laughed so much while getting my nails done. I also spoke to the clients and they were super friendly. The entire atmosphere was friendly between the customers and the staff. I will continue to go here! On my way home, I text everyone I know that get their nails done to suggest this place! Fabulous experience!

I have not had my nails done in a very long time, I am too picky and never really satisfied when done because either they leave gunk under nail and skin glued to nail or acrylic help on sides of fingers… My husband said he wanted to treat me so I decided to get a pedi and full ombre acrylic set and am SO VERY PLEASED!!! ❤️ I just feel terrible I cannot remember the girls name (first station by the door) she did an absolutely beautiful job!! Best set of nails that I have ever had Many many thanks, I would definitely recommend this place.. they stay busy and Sundays are walk in only..

I would give a 1 star rating but I have had good experiences here before, just not lately. Today’s pedicure was awful. The gentleman who gave me my pedicure did not speak 2 words to me. I come in for a relaxing experience, I left almost in tears. Everyone around me was handed a menu, he didn’t bother. I look forward to the massage and the paraffin wax, he didn’t do either. When I went to pay the other employees had to call him twice to work the register because he was too busy on his phone. I basically paid for a polish change. Even when I said something to him about it, he offered no apology just a shrug. Sadly it looks like I will need to find a new salon.

It was extremely packed both days…I didn’t get serviced…eother day and I called the second day, the guy told me to wait was about 30 minutes…I drove over…sat & waited for 10 minutes….still no available person to get a pedicure. I was really disappointed!!..Apparently, they do a good job..bcause it was packed.
