I love Tony!!! He did an amazing job on my nails after I had been somewhere else and had them done. Shaping was horrible from the other place, but Tony fixed the shape of my nails with a big smile on his face, and even though he saw my nails were 50 shades of jacked up, he never bad mouthed the other salon….character speaks to me!! I’m so satisfied and would recommend Lee Nails to everyone! Wish there were 10 stars I could give!! Great job Lee Nails!!!

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityWent for a gel set , pedicure and eyebrows. When done, My nails were completely uneven and i could still see my previous polish color on my nails. Upon entering to get eyebrows done i noticed the sheet on the table was filthy and instantly decided against that service. pedicure was ok although they did not clip my nails. My gel set on fingernails started to break and chip 3 days later. Very poor service, not to mention the place was very messy.Went for a gel set , pedicure and eyebrows. I had a horrible experience. First of all my eyebrows are two different lengths thanks to the lady in the shop. The whole pedicure took a maximum time of 14 minutes. The lady that did my feet was not friendly at all, she didn’t speak to me, but had a friendly conversation with everyone else. The guy kept complaining about something, I don’t know, I was so mad I wasn’t really interested in what he was saying.The water my feet were soaked in was cold and the guy barely scrubbed my feet. It seemed as if my feet were in worse condition when I left than when I arrived. My cuticles on my hand are peeling and still sore. Though other customers came in periodically, there was only one person being serviced when I arrived, so why the rush. THESE PEOPLE WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY EVER AGAIN!! It is a convenient location because I work in the mall where they are located, but the service is horrible…smh.

I went to this place because its Sunday and I need my nails done badly. My first mistake. Should have waited until Monday. Walked in two guys playing cards and eating. One female smoking a e-cigarette. My gel manicure was done in 15 minutes. Told it was 25$ was charged 26.75$, which didn’t matter but tell me the correct price your charging me. Hate not tipping for my nails but dont lie to me. Never again.

My pedicure specialist was excellent, caring and a very joyful conversationalist. She had addressed my callouses and made my feet healthy and energetic. Though I know each technician has their own style, my technician did an excellent job. When you visit as a customer, ask for specialist Trinity.

Brought my daughter in for pedicures. I was happy they take appointments, as many local nail places do not. We ended up with manis, pedis and eyebrow waxing. Trinity was awesome! The owner made sure we were comfortable and happy with our services. Great prices and superior service. We will be back!

Nail salon was ok but not to my expectations. Only reason I visited was because the other nail salons I go to was close or packed. Need to be more professional, stay off the phones. Chinese tech all she do is sit in the chair on her phone and just greets u when u come in. They need to use the plastic bags when doin pedicures. Not sure how they got the grade they have with it looking soon junky in there. White girl didn’t even clean out the foot tub after she finished my feet she just went to break. Overall place needs attention and cleaned up. Just seems crowded in there. I want be going there again.

They will never get my business again! I went in and asked if I could get a design on one toe on each foot. I was told that they do not do designs. I have gotten this done before so I asked if it was a new rule or if it was just something they couldn’t do today. The older man in the shop said to me that he had already told me he did not do designs and he was busy and did not have time to talk to me any longer. He then ignored me as I proceeded to ask him to explain to me why it couldn’t be done if they’ve done it for me before. I have went to this shop every 2 weeks for the last 2 months for fill-ins, but today I was treated like a criminal. They will never get another dime of my money.

Great place! Customer service was awesome!! I love the set up it’s not just Chinese workers.. they have White , Black, Spanish and Chinese. Everyone was laughing having a great time while getting service. Great place to visit. I got my nails and eyebrows did and I love it!!
