The people are so rude here!! I bought $200 of gift cards at Christmas time and asked Specifically if there was an expiration date on the cards. I was told no there wasn’t any expiration date So therefore I purchased $200 in gift cards.. Today June 27th my mother went in to use the gift cards and they told her they were no longer good they only had a 6 month expiration on them. There was a $150 left of gift cards that they would not honor and not do anything about.. I called up and talked to the supposed owner and she said that it was her business and she could do as she pleased she was told that there was only 6 months that they were good for when they were bought . I said I’m the one that bought the gift cards and it was a man And he said there was no expiration date she told me I was a liar and that it was her business she could do as she pleased.. My mother’s been going there for years to get her nails done and I think this is terrible customer service. My mother or I will never be back!!!! Last free $150 from me!!!! I think there are enough bad reviews on this site people can make up their own mind…. terrible customer service proven!!!! Plus I know it’s against the law in the state of PA to do this.

The definition of deluxe pedicure was used a bit loosely today. My husband and I went in for a mani pedi. My husbands tech did great. Mine however was too worried about watching his phone in the drawer to give me a decent pedicure. There was absolutely no massage, just applied lotion to my legs and feet. And no callus removal, which is what you pay extra for in the deluxe. I didn’t even waste time getting polish applied and skipped my manicure all together. The callus removal and foot massage is the reason why I pay for pedicures, everything else I can do at home myself. I don’t know his name because he literally never spoke a word to me, just tapped my feet for me to move them.

I was charged 55 for short nails with nothing extra which should only be 35, the last before me got long nails, plus designs and extra colors and was charged 35. Critical: Professionalism, QualityNot sure who did my nails, but I will not be going to him anymore. I’m pretty sure it was kevin. He rushed the ENTIRE time or doing my nails and kept trying to get me to add more things and overcharge me. He asked me to go wash my hands, so I told him I’m just going to the restroom, since I needed to go anyways. I got back out and they already had another person where I was sitting, which by the way was already 30 minutes early to her appointment anyways, and let me sit there without saying a word for almost 10 minutes before a small lady finished my nails. They both were very rude. She painted them in like 3-4 minutes and said I’m done. They let me walk out with polish and dry acrylic/glue all over my fingers. They didn’t even use cuticle oil treatment on me this time like usual. I’m really not impressed.
