Critical: ProfessionalismI have gone to this place for years. Their website says they are open until 7 pm & accepting walk-ins. I called ahead (2.5 hrs. before closing) to ask to be put on the list for a pedicure. Owner asked if I have been there previously (yes, many times) & said she would call me back in a few minutes. She did not. I arrived there 30 mins. later (2 hrs. before closing) & indicated I had called and not received a call back. She said, “Ah, I dont have time today.” Very unprofessional! Place usually appears to be sub-par on cleanliness and quality compared to some but I’ve prev. used them out of convenience. I will not go there again. B. I have gone to this place for years. Their website says they are open until 7 pm & accepting walk-ins. I called ahead (2.5 hrs. before closing) to ask to be put on the list for a pedicure. She tried to put gel on my toes and told me if I didn’t get gel I couldn’t get them polished., Because there was no waiting area to dry … But my appt was at 430 and she never started them until 525 and I waited for 1 hr before the pedicure. Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI got a full set acrylic nails. 4 days ago and they are all falling off. I’m so disappointed. Usually they last almost 2 weeks. Really cheap but would’ve rather paid the extra money for nails that lasted. Will not be going back there.Service: Manicure
