Paid $50 for a medi/pedi with French manicure for my sister’s wedding this past Saturday…I was a bridesmaid. After 2 days, I was down to only 6 white tips, the others flaked off. Not a great investment. 4 stars because of the included spa like treatment (warm towels and warm lotion) on hands and feet. That in itself was worth the money spent.

I’m disappointed to say I’ve been very displeased with this nail shop lately and that’s why I’ve stopped getting my nails done here so often. I used to love this place so much and it was always my go-to shop. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years and I always tip well. Today I was unhappy with my nails; I even asked if they could be fixed and the lady laughed at me and I was told it was too late for it to be fixed. My nails were about $70 and that’s a lot of money to be wasted. I left the shop very upset, my friend’s nails were powder and the powder didn’t even cover her whole nail. Even the lady next to my friend was complaining about her nails too. I’m happy that this business has upgraded over the past few years but the quality and customer service is going down. The past few times I’ve spent money here, I’ve left with disappointing nails and my feelings hurt. I’ve witnessed you guys dealing with rude customers all the time but I’m always nice and respectful when I come in. Never disappointed with my eyebrows when I get them done here though.

I love this shop. The man that does my nails is awesome. I never know what design or color I want I just tell him to work his magic. He never disappointed me . I also get my lashes done here as well. It’s been over 2 weeks and they still looks really good.

Critical: QualityI went to this shop out of convenience because my mom stays down the street. On Tuesday, August 4 I got a ombré set and no chip pedicure. After exactly one week, paying $115 + a $20 tip this is my set now. First the butterflies started falling off then the crystals, then I broke a nail. I called and they told me to come back to get it fixed, however with me working full time and staying out of state that’s not easy for me. Spending the amount of money my set should be done right.
