Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityRefused to honor my couples massage that was purchased through Groupon. Was told they might give me a discount instead if I came in. Very unprofessional and a waste of time and money. I had to contact Groupon for a refund. Stay away from this place! We bought our Groupon in 2020 so they are lying that it is expired. Bad business!

So we had a group of 6 and we knew they could only accommodate 3 at a time. What we did not know was there was no air conditioning in the waiting area. The area is Chinatown and looks a bit sketchy. The massage room has no relaxing lavender or aroma but did have relaxing music. The room was clean and the massage was good. Please bring cash because their credit card machine was not working. I wouldn’t recommend them but for the price you get what you pay for. Not a totally bad experience but lots of room for improvement.

One of the most rudest places I’ve went to. Not only they didn’t honor my groupon, but even when we did try to pay the massage experience wasn’t satisfactory. It just felt like they were just rubbing my skin, didn’t feel like they were properly trained or licensed.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! Upon arrival nobody was at the front desk to great us, my mother and I. I had a groupon and I schedule an appointment. The lady didnt find my appointment, said that I could only schedule after 8pm but nobody explain and later try to scam me by doble charging me the price of my coupon to receive services which I ALREADY PAID FOR!! Denied us of the message we already paid and rudely ask to cancel and leave. I would never go again and will never recommend it.

I booked the same day and was scheduled an appointment. I told the lady via telephone that I purchased through groupon. She said okay (Due to the previous negative reviews about groupon) I decided to take my chance. I arrived and the rude lady at the desk said we dont take groupon. You must buy here. I showed her my confirmation number. She said too many numbers. We have another appointment! I left contacted groupon to get an refund! Fyi they only take cash no credit card. The place is very small and not professional thanks for giving me the heads up. Reviews never lie…

It’s a small cost effective place. She asked us upfront how we will pay which is fine. The beds and/or the room were cold – this was in December. Otherwise service was nice. English is poor but there is no problem in the communication.

Fabulous massage. I was in western Orlando shopping in Chinatown and decided to get a massage. I got a one hour full body and it was great. I left feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this store.

The spa is amazing only one problem I have some joint pain and they bent my arms back so my bones could crack and I was in pain. The message person stop right away after I said it hurt. But kind people great place I recommend it.
