Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCame here today on a whim for a no-chip pedicure and was not disappointed. Staff was friendly and I was very pleased with their work and the time taken to do everything. I can be meticulous with pedicures and everything I sometimes have to say while going to a different shop from my norm I didn’t have to tell her. Came at 6pm on a Monday, it was not crowded. Came here today on a whim for a no-chip pedicure and was not disappointed. Staff was friendly and I was very pleased with their work and the time taken to do everything. I can be meticulous with pedicures and everything I sometimes have to say while going to a different shop from my norm I didn’t have to tell her. Came at 6pm on a Monday, it was not crowded. Critical: Quality, ValueThe service the nail tech provided was average. She did nothing more or less than any other nail tech, however I paid $50 for no chip manicure and pedicure. The polish on my nails started to come off 2 days after my nails were done. A week later and the polish is off all the nails and chipping on my toes. The service the nail tech provided was average. She did nothing more or less than any other nail tech, however I paid $50 for no chip manicure and pedicure. The polish on my nails started to come off 2 days after my nails were done. A week later and the polish is off all the nails and chipping on my toes.
