My wife and I came for back massage. Asked for 20 min massage for both of us. She told us to wait 15 to 20 min as she is with a customer. We waited and then later she came and took us to a room. We both sat on the message bed. Few minutes later another customer came and I over heard the conversation and as she told the customer it will be 40 min. That sounded about right. But then she came into the room and said can you wait 30 min as her boss texted her about another client coming and she missed the text. We said only if it comes with a discount. Then she went outside and told the customer and said to come back. I guess that was a no to the discount. She began my massage and did a good job but after 15 min she said it is over. My wife who was watching the time said it is only 15 minutes and then she said no and then we said yes and reminded her of the time she started and stopped, so she said I will give you another 5 min. After 5 min the other customer came back and she said the massage is over. My wife asked “what about me?” To which she claimed ignorance and said she thought it was only me. After going back and forth we said we are done and will be reviewing this experience to which she replied to my wife ok I will give you massage and told the other guy to wait. He said ok but we said not ok. We paid for one person and left, never to look back again.
