The staff was very pleasant booking me. Nobody tried to upsale me (which I appreciate). Trinity was excellent she worked out every sore spot and I am very relaxed. This is my second visit to this spa. I have been to other spas but this is the only one I will go to from now on. I would recommend it and recommend Trinity to anyone. It is not easy to find and not well marked but it is worth the effort.

Really they only earn a negative 5 stars. I was given a gift of “service await me.” Due to cancer and the Covid pandemic I did not get to schedule for over a year. When I called to make an appointment I was told that the gift had expired. The sheet I was given did not have a expiration date or any warning of expiration. This company took money from my friend and did not provide any service at all. To me that is theft and dirty business practice. They did leave a message that they would make it up to me by giving half off a massage, however I don’t want them to receive any additional money. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was kind. Unfortunately I did not get my full hour. I booked a deep tissue massage, and did not receive the firm pressure I requested. My thighs and hamstrings were skipped out on even though i selected them as one of my problem areas, and my arms were barely worked on.

I’m a very private person for the most part and have severe cptsd and have trouble leaving the house. My daughter and I wanted to spend a spa day together and chose LeBella’s. I never mentioned my limitations and found that I didn’t need to. Victoria made the visit so welcoming, comfortable and relaxing.

I have only had one Brazilian wax before, and all I could remember was how extremely painful it was, and my fear of how bad it was going to be the next time I went! (The first time was at a different salon out of Norman!) I probably would have not went back to get another one with the exception that I needed to get waxed for an upcoming photo shoot! So I booked a half leg, underarm, and Brazilian wax! Let me tell you! NIGHT AND DAY difference in service and pain level! I was so comfortable and impressed by her that I have already booked my next session for all 3 again! If you need a wax, go here! I believe her name was Victoria! (Please forgive me if I am wrong! I will update her name if I am wrong!) She is fast, is very comforting, and tells you what to do to make it leas painful! (Believe me when I say her techniques work!!) She is absolutely AMAZING!!!
