I had been a client at this location for over 10 years. However, during the past month I’ve been asked to wait for over an hour for my services. This is typical if you are a walk in client and this would be expected. However, I’ve always booked my appointments online to avoid the wait. If a salon is not going to fulfill the appointment services then they should only offer a walk in service for all. I am highly disappointed and discouraged to have to find a new salon. I would not be upset if this only occasionally happens. It occurred twice in one month. Farewell

The girl was absolutely horrible at doing nails. I don’t understand how she got her license or certification. She didn’t even grind down the acrylic so now the nails are extremely thick. So much so that they protrude from my actual finger and get caught in my hair. There are spots on my nails that have barely any nail polish on them and I can see the acrylic. The edges of my nails she spontaneously put nail polish on but only in some spots. She was extremely messy with the acrylic and got it on my actual skin multiple times (completely missing where my finger nail stopped at one point). She never even bothered with my cuticles or making the nail blend into them so now the nails look as if I’ve had them for over a week when I just got them done. there’s also bumps in my nails because again SHE DIDNT GRIND DOWN THE ACRYLIC SHE JUST PUT IT ON AND LEFT IT LIKE THAT. One of my nails is literally a different shape and is shaped close to a talon because she decided to take a nail file and file the top of the edge down ward. LITERALLY ONLY FOR THAT NAIL. The girl also decided to start turning around while filing my actual nail and because she wasn’t paying attention she started filing by skin and gave me a brush burn from how hard she was grinding. on top of that they made me pay 35 dollars for it when the sign said 25 for an acrylic set. Keep in mind I went in for an ombré but none of the stuff worked.

Do NOT recommend. Quality of service is ok but prices are outrageously high and customer service is TERRIBLE. No regard for appointment time. We were sat for spa pedicures and simply watched them take other customers ahead of us. Staff will pick and choose which client they want to do next despite who was there first/waiting longest/had earliest appointment time. When they get to you, expect rudeness and staff just walk away mid-sentence to work on someone else. Making an appointment means NOTHING as each member of your party will be done separately and get done HOURS apart. Expect to be there 2-3 hours longer than you would think. Overall awful and will NOT be returning.

I had high hopes since this place changed hands a while ago. NEVER again. The nail tech I had was very sweet but not at all professional and did a terrible job. I got a gel manicure and jelly pedicure. My gel manicure ended up so lumpy, uneven, and chipped on day two. The pedicure was fun, but not relaxing at all. My toenails are uneven and rough. My appointment was for 4:15 Sunday afternoon. I waited for 15 mins. Before anybody acknowledged me. The man put me and another lady in the chair at the same time. I sat in the chair with my feet in cold water for 45 mins. He finally said “she soon done” I said I have been in this chair 45 mins. My appointment was for 4:15.” He laughed said he was sorry. I said “it’s not funny” I got up out of the chair and left.

Critical: ProfessionalismTook advantage of a 74 year old woman kept on trying to add stuff to my grandmother when all I told themit was regular nail polish red for pedicure and also a red gel manicure when I was on the phone I looked back and they were putting gel nail polish on her feet saying it cheaper that’s not the point I didn’t ask u to do this is. This is not what my grandmother asked for and my grandmother didn’t want to go through it again cause when I wasn’t looking she thought she was getting regular nail polish she doesn’t speak really well English so of course she thought regular nail polish .
