I have been getting my hair cut and colored here for the past 8 years and after every visit I am filled with joy that I have found this amazing salon. They take their time to listen to each customer to fully understand their vision and provide expert guidance on how to make that vision a reality within the bounds of each person’s hair type. Finding a stylist who knows how to cut curls and who has supported my hair through the hormonal rollercoaster of a pregnancy has been a true blessing. I always feel truly and fully cared for and always leave relaxed, with great looking hair, and a smile on my lips! There is a reason this salon has been around for nearly 30 years!!

Curled the bride’s hair and it was flat within 15 minutes of leaving. Bride in tears. Light hair spray was used on hair and the bride asked stylist to use smaller barrel as her curls would stay better. But only 1 larger barrel was available. No way hair should have fallen that fast. We went back to the hotel and her friend recurled her hair no problem. Thank goodness for amazing friends!

I walked in a few weeks ago to ask if any stylist worked with multicultural hair and Nikole was at the register. She was so casual when she said yes it made the anxiety instantly disappear. I had my appointment with her today and she is phenomenal! She gave the best shampoo massage and my blow out was done to perfection my hair loves the Aveda products too, I love they are plant based/cruelty free I was in and out in an hour, so easy to get my hair done on lunch breaks now! I highly recommend Nikole for curly/kinky curly hair, she even offered to learn more if I wanted to ever wear my hair in a natural (curly) style. I really appreciate her offering to do that though I’m a client for life for her blow outs now

Airy, open, friendly staff, spotlessly clean, not a “ scene “ with music too loudand most importantly, a fantastic hair stylist in Nova.She helped my transition my growing out grey hair during the pandemic last October and made it seamless. Just went back for a haircut that is so good, that for the first time ever, it looks as good when I blow dry it as it did when she did it. That’s a rarity – and a sign of a great haircut.The prices are reasonable for the quality of services provided and parking is a breeze right in their lot in front of the building. I drove over 2 hours to come to this salon as my previous stylist now works here. The shop is clean and bright. All the staff were friendly and professional. I was offered my choice of tea or water.The location is considered downtown but they do have their own parking. I was able to purchase products that were used on my hair at the salon for home use. I even got a hand massage while my hair was processing. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

She knew exactly what my body needed and took extremely good care of me. I’ll admit, given our current COVID environment I was a bit leery but the salon is taking all the necessary steps to keep everyone safe. I was met at the door and screened. Masks were worn by everyone and inside the salon everyone kept more than 6 feet apart. I went here for a blonde balayage. I walked out with nothing but a chunk of orange roots. I didn’t notice until I got home because I didn’t want to pay extra for them to dry my hair. I even asked why she wasn’t using foils, and she said “everyone does it different” but also seemed surprised anyone would use foils for a balayage. I was horrified with the results.
