I went in to get a Gel Manicure because the girls at work get them and they last. The man who did my nails was not the best at painting them. There are some that looks like part of the nail was not painted. Mine you I paid 43 dollars. Within two days they chipped. I called to ask if this was normal and the man who answered said I used shampoo and this is what happens…. Ummmm what??? I will go back to get it fixed because I work hard for my money and deserve to have a mani at least a week but I will never go back after… worst place

I’ve had many good experiences here, and I’ve almost always walked out of here with perfect nails and toenails, besides one time, but I’m giving the benefit of the doubt. The prices are typical, and I wouldn’t expect much different. They’re also located in a convenient location, so that’s a plus, and right next to Dunkin’ donuts. The parking can be a bit limited, at very specific times, however.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityFirst off, the woman who greeted me was very rude. When I told her I wanted sparkly nails, she made a rude comment. I then got a very poor quality gel manicure. It’s only been a few days and it’s chipping. The polish color is completely uneven, and there are parts of my bare nail that are visible. The top part of my nails have a thin line of no polish. The two nails I did get sparkly are see through as the time was not taken to put on a third coat. Overall, I would not recommend this salon. First off, the woman who greeted me was very rude. When I told her I wanted sparkly nails, she made a rude comment. I then got a very poor quality gel manicure. Leanna’s nail salon in Rockledge Fl has no liability insurance. They stopped the insurance when Covid hit. My wife hurt her foot in a tub and now has blood clots. Morgan & Morgan has the case but six months later found out they still carry NO insurance. If someone falls, gets a bad infection or anything else you are on your own. This is no way to run a business when dealing with the public. They are always open, making money but refuse to protect there customers.please, think about changing your nail salon. Thank you

Helen, her family and staff are all fantastic. My nails always look great! The SNS powder is really amazing and allows me to have my own nails. So many colors to choose from and they are always willing to help. Def recommend! They are great with my daughters when I bring them in for nails as well. Great place overall.

Was so happy to finally find a salon I like in Viera. First off I’ve heard some people complain it’s expensive, and yes, it is a little pricier than the other salons in the area, but I will gladly spend a few extra dollars per service because the salon is always clean and the quality of products used makes the longevity of my nails and pedicure last. They use the disposable liners in the pedicure chairs, I wish that was a requirement everywhere, but so many salons still don’t do it. I’ve had gel, acrylic and SNS sets & fills here, and no problem with any of those services, and the different pedicures they offer are all great. Lisa is my favorite person to see for my pedicures, she’s really thorough and does a great job, but I’ve had many of the other employees do them also, and have not had a bad pedicure at this place. I usually make an appointment because I don’t like to wait, but I have walked in on occasion and they will work you into the schedule and give you an accurate estimated wait time.

I used to go here all the time for Julie. Julie is kind, caring, and takes great pride in her pampering. Over the last 4-5 months, people left and they were short workers. The owner at different times would have confrontation with Julie in front of clients. Julie left and went to Elegant Nail Salon by Kohl’s and so did we!!
