I’m torn about how I felt leaving. My nails were fine, but I still had to file them down after. They were sharp and not even, it was a rushed job. As a hairstylist, I was reminded what not to do in my own business. Basically they got the job done but I won’t be a returning client. This review is not to hurt the business but to help. Please take your time, don’t overbook, and be willing to answer questions the clients have. I loved that they had so many nail color options though!

I went in to get a no chip manicure removed and just a regular polish . When that polish was taken from gf I noticed yellow nails and it’s gotten worse . So I’m guessing I have a fungus infection from unsanitary tools. Very unhappy with this place . I do not recommend going here

got there at 3:15 for a 3:30 appointment, took until 4:10 for my nails to finally get worked on. I specified i wanted dip powder over the phone but instead they used acrylic gel. Messy filing and rough edges all around the nails. three different technicians worked on me- they were constantly switching back and forth between customers except for one technician who stayed at his seat the whole time. I asked for the nails to be thinned out but they ended up being VERY thick. I showed a design that was done BY THE SALON and they claimed that it was too hard and that i shouldve made the appointment specifying i wanted a SPECIAL design. i made the appointment on tuesday and specified i had a complicated design. My technician worked on 5 different customers all at once. Some walk in, some appointment. Most customers were unsatisfied with how messy the working ethic was. I asked for silverware charms on my nail and they were stuck on loosely, creating a bunch of gaps that are now getting caught on everything. I was still asked to pay $70. As a first time customer, there was no specification asked over the phone nor did i know the technician who did the original design. There was a lot ot miscommunication and we still had to pay full price after leaving 2½ hours after being purposely early to our appointment. Wishing they would do things a little more professionally. Sincerely do not recommend coming here.

Worst place ever .Do not waste your time or energy coming here . I waited an hour after my appointment time to get an acrylic full set and when they finally sat me down some guy told me that they don’t do acrylic anymore. I was asked 3 times by different nail technicians what I wanted and never said anything about me asking for acrylic. This is not the only time I’ve had bad service here. Please stop giving these people your business.

they just take a lot of appointments at once so when you get there your waiting like 3 hours after your appointment time, they’ve cut my fingers so many times i even had a infection once and had to be hospitalized for it, they are not gentle and don’t care about you at all. they make up outrageous prices and it’s different each time and they don’t have a menu which is unprofessional they are just all over the place and last but not least the nails pop off within a few days (the whole nail)

I wish I could give this 0 stars! Extremely disgusting customer service, the staff is very rude and does not pay attention to your needs. I caught one staff member making rude expressions at me and when my nails chipped within less than 20 hours and I went back to get it fixed they said you must have not put your hand all the way through the no chip machine and blamed me practically. I have wasted my money here so please save your money and find some other place ladies!!

Honestly, I don’t know how the reviews are this good. They really emphasized designs on their website picture, I’m always trying designs on my no chip manicure & have been to many salons in the area to see which one I like the best & this was by far the WORST experience. The staff was not welcoming at all, the lady “Destiny” who did my design did not even say anything at all, and charged me $62 for a no chip manicure with a few line designs, and they weren’t even straight or anything like the picture. Definitely would NOT recommend for the price or for a design. These other reviews must be fake because there’s just no way.

I had a 5:00 appointment yesterday for a manicure & pedicure and at 1st the girl said it was 85 for my nails but recalculated and charged me 95. then on top of that for my toes, she originally tried to charge me 85$ and i asked for the acrylics. she polished my toe nails and did a no chip for $65 and i didn’t receive the spa treatment or the massage that’s supposed to come with it. when i went the first time a lady only charged me $35 to do the acrylics on my feet with no spa treatment but i got charged 65 for no spa treatment and just a regular no chip. highly heated
