The lady didn’t even understand any English. I asked her 3 times to cut my nails and she didn’t now they’re too long I have to go somewhere else to get them redone. I also payed in cash and asked for a receipt and they completely refused… horrible customer service Manicure

I’ve gone here for as long as it’s been open I drive 60 miles because I have always got good service. I had an appointment was early. The employee was very rude I asked for the middle priced pedicure told the hostess (who was very kind) never got my middle priced pedicure was ok because she was so crabby and rude. Usually really enjoy going there not this time hope to never get the crabby employee again

I love Leann’s! Great prices, clean and all of the ladies are so sweet and friendly. Especially Kim and her mom. I have been coming here the last several months. I think it’s really neat that as a regular my preferences are remembered. I like the water hot and my toenails short! The little things matter greatly to me. I’m pregnant and the foot massages are wonderful. When clipping my nails they are always very gentle but through.

Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait a long time just to get a chair. It took over an hour and a half just for a pedicure. Not sure why they take reservations. I had to cancel the rest of my plans for the night. So if you don’t have all day to wait then I would move on. I agree with the other reviewers that the customer service is lacking. I just don’t think they care. The pedicure itself is the worst one I’ve had. Ja-Mi nails does a better job and is $5-$6 cheaper.

This is my favorite place to go for my nails by far! They take the time to actually make sure you are satisfied. When there is a line of people waiting they don’t rush through your time to get done. Their pedicure massages are the BEST! I would recommend to anyone.
