I booked a laser hair removal treatment (6 treatments total) at Leah’s salon with a technician who used to work there last year. That technician did an amazing job and even after the first appointment I could notice a huge difference especially in my bikini area and armpits. After a few appointments I also decided to do my legs, arms, and chest. I loved the results and she also used two different lasers on me. A special one for my bikini, Brazilian, and armpits, and a bigger one for the rest of my body. With the smaller laser it hurt a lot more, but she explained that the popping sound was the actual hair follicle coming out and that’s exactly where I noticed the biggest difference. Also, she took her time with me and each session was an hour or more especially after I added my legs and arms to the service.

I was nervous to try laser because of how thick and curly my hairs were, and was unsure which businesses had enough diverse clients to know what they were doing for those with different hair/skin types. Listen…….Leah does a damn good job!!! I wish I had started laser hair removal years ago. Waxing was not for me, It was painful (to the point where I would cancel appts bc I hated It), my skin was so sensitive, and my in-growns would not stop (even with exfoliation). Ive been going to Leah for almost a year and am EXTREMELY satisfied with my results: rarely do I get in-growns, my dark spots have lightened, and Its not painful at all (I have a low pain tolerance, so that says alot). Leah and her team are the sweetest, and the prices are very reasonable. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityDisappointed; some of the staff(a trainee) and the owner herself Leah, not wearing a mask. Some guy was walking in & out of the spa moving furniture w/o a mask on. Reggie completed my facial, only wore a thin surgical mask during my facial, no face shield. Room was cold, folks talking in the hallway/lobby area..which you can hear from the service rooms. I mean,.this place is tiny.Leah’s staff did take my temperature upon entering, but never asked me to sanitize or wash my hands before passing clipboards and paperwork around which staff was passing along and touching. Highly unprofessional! My wife booked a Groupon appointment, they didn’t honor it when she called to confirm. They knew it was their mistake and hence when we asked who’s talking, actually hung up on us! Too afraid to even give a name! I called them multiple times but they started disconnecting my calls. I have launched a complaint with Groupon and also writing this review to make everyone aware.
