Yesterday I had the Honey Lemon it’s an 80 mins body exfoliating treatment with a massage. What an amazing experience! The massage therapist was PHENOMENAL. The massage was the perfect amount of pressure with the right amount of attention to my areas of concern and the body scrub was so relaxing. My skin was glowing all day. Just the pick me up I needed.

So stunning and such a relaxing atmosphere! My husband and I went in for a couples massage, everything and everyone was absolutely exceptional and very accommodating. We were the last appointment of the day and we did not feel rushed to leave, they let us take our time with our champagne in the relaxation area, they took us to the wishing tree which I thought was such a nice touch and we had a chance to use the amenities after the massage, Front desk staff and our therapists were beyond amazing, we will definitely be returning soon.

Stopped in with Resort Pass and headed to the spa an hour before closing. The hydrotherapy session with lavender was amazing and I was so grateful for Greta’s tender care & attention. I stayed at the AKA Hotel.. the spa was amazing, the spa team was very attentive and gave me a royalty treatment; specially the facial I got from Dagmari it was super relaxing!!! I enjoyed the spa experience since I walked in! I left with a big smile on my face and definitely will come back anytime soon, I highly recommend this place.

Worst and most painful massage of my life. Left with bruises, which worsened and could not move my neck over the course of the week following my massage. I tried to speak with the manager Jenni, who has no customer service skills and should not be in her position. She had me send her photos of the bruising and told me I was lying and never called me back. Horrible spa and customer service!

Honestly, I really do hate to have to say not nice things but it’s not professional when you arrive at a place that has even required all of your credit card details, they are not expecting you, and then they tell you that someone else who is remote books the appointment and they did not actually have the appt. Instead of saying “I’m so sorry we will have to cancel and I can offer you a credit for a future appt,” I was offered a pedicure without any supplies such as cuticle cutting. Mistakes happen, that part is understandable. The way it is handled is not in for that reason I would not recommend this place.
