I went there once and will never step in again. I have no problem paying upfront but the lady asked me for a tip before the massage. Tips should be paid at the end of the service depending on whether it was good or not. I told her I would rather pay at the end but she kept on insisting. Paid $10 for the tip and never went back after my first massage.

I wish they had a 3.5, so I can give that. The place is Super clean and the lady giving my massage back on May 12th was really good, but I went in for an hour massage and she only did it for 42 minutes from entering the room to saying she was done. That is 18 minutes short. I can understand a few minutes before to get ready and when done, but that is 5-8 minutes or 10 minutes tops. So, I expect at least 50 minutes.

This place is truly one of a kind. The customer service is great, the rooms are peaceful and quiet, and the aromatherapy is heavenly. But the real treasure is the massage therapy!! No up charges for what your body needs, thorough massage service, gifted therapists…I could go on and on. It’s a little bit of a hike for me to get to Kinetic Massage Work, but it’s so worth it.
