Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went today and they were rude and tried to change my desires. My nails were not straight and very thick. My cousins nails were supposed to be rounded and they came out pointy and very lopsided. They looked horrible. I told them to make the nails shorter and they said that i couldn’t do that. They also said my idea was like an old lady. I am very disappointed and will NEVER go back. I went today and they were rude and tried to change my desires. My nails were not straight and very thick. My cousins nails were supposed to be rounded and they came out pointy and very lopsided. They looked horrible. I told them to make the nails shorter and they said that i couldn’t do that. They also said my idea was like an old lady. I am very disappointed and will NEVER go back. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI will never come to this nail salon again. I went to go get a pedicure and acrylics before I went on vacation. The guy that did my pedicure was really rude. He kept telling me to put my feet back and I told him that I could not bend my knee that much because of a prior surgery that I had in July, for which he did not care and continue to push and pull on my leg the entire pedicure. Then the lady did my acrylics was not any better. The acrylic did not even last a week and they were lifting and the gel polish was chipping really bad the third day (I was already out of town) and my nails are destroyed. She grinded my real nails down so much that they are so thin and broke up and one nail was even bleeding when the acrylic nail came off. This lady also was very rude and was very aggravated with me during the time of me getting my nails because “I could not relax my hands enough for her.” At the end of my visit she also asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done because, and I quote, “They are uneven and do not look good.”Also, during this visit, my boyfriend just got a basic pedicure by the same lady that did my nails.. She DUG under his toe nails to get dirt for which he said that hurt and the lady did not stop what she was doing.Like I said previously, I will never come to this “Nailspa” again, because they have workers that do not know what they are doing, nor friendly service.Services: Acrylic nails, PedicureI will never come to this nail salon again. I will never come to this nail salon again. I went to go get a pedicure and acrylics before I went on vacation. The guy that did my pedicure was really rude. I was informed that no appointments could be taken today and to come within 30min. I arrived within 30min and was told to come back within an hour. Now after returning 47min later, I wasn’t greeted, and someone that made an appointment was allowed ahead of me. It broke me out extremely bad my top layer of skin was literally ripped off like my eyebrows actually hurt when i touched them like I’m not kidding and they waxed them way too thin. My skin was so painful. Never had this experience anywhere else but here. I’m not lying when I say every time I’ve been here I’ve had a bad experience. So I’ll review every incident one by one. This first incident was when I first moved here. I wanted my eyebrows done so I came here not knowing any better.
