Positive: QualityReviews mean the world and this is how I found this amazing salon. I was able to get an appointment quickly and had somewhat of a hair emergency. Christelle is very professional and has given me the most education about my hair. She was able to repair some severely damaged hair before I left her chair, and gave me the best cut ever! My hair has life, swing, and bounce again! I wish I came here from the beginning instead of trial and error with all the other salons I’ve tried in the area (I found her because the stylist I was supposed to see at another salon canceled on me and didn’t even have the nerve to contact me) but am so so very happy I found Christelle and Le Visage Salon now. Christelle is very professional and has given me the most education about my hair. She was able to repair some severely damaged hair before I left her chair, and gave me the best cut ever! The worst hair cut and eye brow in my whole life. The owner was nice to welcome and said she had no avaibility but her employee was at lunch and she could have cut my hair. I didn’t want to be rude but the young hairmaster needs lots of training and for such a clean and nice place it should not be that way. I have paid $35 for the hair cut and still gave $10 because that was not really the young woman’ s mistake to work there but the owner’s not being sure who with she is working. Even for my eye brow when she finished and gave the mirror to me I have showed couple of places that were not really clean. But you cannot expect too much because she does not know.

The hairstylist, Cristalle, did not listen to a single thing about what I wanted. Two days later, I got another hairdresser who DID listen, and gave me the cut I’d asked for. When you call, they’ll schedule you two weeks later. The only time I was there, they were talking about how dead it was. Last week, I walked by, and saw one customer.
