I have no complaints about the services provided. My only issue with the esthetician is her lack of professional attitude. I tried out the first treatment through ClassPass and I really liked it, so I felt uncomfortable using ClassPass again (even though I could), because you need to support small business, etc. So I went ahead and purchased the package deal. Out of 3 appointments that were in the package, 2 of them she canceled herself. After the first time I had to reschedule I asked her if she’ll be able to take me in exactly on that day, and she, of course, said “yes”. A few hours before the appointment she texted me saying that she needs to cancel and reschedule me again. I absolutely hate the disrespect of my time. I build my schedule around my work an appointments. I understand when you have to reschedule once, but when you have to do it two times in a row – that’s extremely unprofessional.

Worst experience ever. The bed had long brown hairs and stains on sheet of the massage bed. When I brought this to her attention she offered to change the bed but with a huge attitude. Never the less, it was a terrible experience and I never got the service nor a refund. She refused both.
