Critical: ProfessionalismI went there for a while and saw Megan and always got the partial highlights I loved. Recently went back to get my roots done for my vacation and was told my hair didn’t lift as quickly or normally as before and so she left the bleach on for 2 hours to see if it would lift. Then she said she had to tone it darker so it wouldn’t be so orange, I understand. But at the same time she said my hairs outcome was what I usually get but in reality looks light brown/darker highlights because it didn’t lift enough. I told her I was not happy with the color and offered to pay full but that in 3 months i would like to come back and get it redone whenever she recommended it would be good to bleach again for my partial highlights. She said no that I wouldn’t have to pay but I still wanted to book an apt for 3 months out to get my hair done since it was darker then how I usually come out looking but instead I receive a text today saying it would be time for me to look for another stylist. It hurts to feel like someone who I thought I felt comfortable doing my hair gave up on me and didn’t even want to try in a couple of months to give me what I have always gotten from her, instead she said it was my hormones or a new shampoo that was causing my hair not to lift. It’s not like I was a first time customer I had been there before and gotten the look, I didn’t mean to come of “difficult”, I just figured I may have to come back to lift the hair a second time for it to be brighter and lighter as it usually comes out looking.
