If I could give 0 stars I would. I came in as a walk in with my 5 year old to get a haircut I had once had before. Showed the stylist a picture of myself with the cut (asymmetrical). She cut my bottom layer to a half inch!! Tried to cover her mistake and cut the hair way too short and completely backwards from the photo. Then proceeded to show her owner who didn’t apologize or really say anything. I stated I just wanted to pay and leave I was so distraught I came for the haircut because I had recently found out I was pregnant and wasn’t feeling very beautiful and figured a fresh cut would be good especially with a baby on the way. The stylist yelled at me she didn’t want my money and to get out in front of my daughter I continued to try to pay now I’m not sure why and finally left. No apology no offer to fix and I ended up spending hundreds of dollars for tape ins and a new stylist to fix their mistake! Absolutely unprofessional, unqualified, and distasteful. Being in the industry myself I’m honestly ashamed.

All-Pro stylists in here! Color, cut, highlights, nails, waxing. Very chic, and comfortable decor. Atmosphere is friendly and professional. Reasonable pricing. Good location and easy to find. Adequate parking. Products available. Been a customer for years and very little staff turnover. One of the best salons in the area.
