How do I even Begin, this Salon has been a huge blessing to my family and Especially to my daughter. From the moment I called to make the appointment they were so friendly and helpful they got my daughter in right away and what we thought would be a quick appointment turned to be a 5 hour appointment to how bad my daughters hair was. They did everything they could to make my daughter feel comfortable and happy. My daughter walked out of this Salon with so much confidence and a huge smile. Forever grateful for them! Critical: Punctuality, QualityMy first visit I was impressed with my new haircut by Marlene. My second visit not so much but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a third haircut visit. I regret it so much. I should of listened to my instincts. I came in with a photo of what I wanted nothing drastic just a different style and walked out with my hair jacked up and NOTHING like the picture. It seems she got careless after each visit.
