Cannot recommend this place enough! I am so pleased with the friendliness of the staff, how easy it is to get walk-in appointments, and how clean their facility is. I’ve personally witnessed them wiping down every chair and tabletop at the end of the day. They are thorough, personable, and caring. They play Today’s Hits, offer complimentary drinks, and always make my time special and worthwhile. They know my name, and that means a lot to me! The Salon is very pretty and the employees were very nice. The gel manicure is already lifting up that I could peel them right off. And two days later, part of the polish chipped/came off. The pedicure I thought looked great in the salon, but then after I left, I did notice that I had one nail that the employee filed or clipped sideways and it was not straight. I had asked him about it because I thought something looked different and he told me no. Sure enough when I could look closer, I was right. I hadn’t gotten a pedicure since mid May and I did have some dry skin on two of my toes, not a lot, but normally it would have been trimmed off but the manicurist didn’t do anything to them. I also was not told and I was not offered a price list, but I didn’t realize it would cost me $25 to remove my previous nail polish. I asked previously what the prices were and I was given a menu of services but no prices. So I asked but they never told me about the $25. The other two prices were about the normal price range compared to other salons, but sorry, since I was not expecting to be charged that much for nail color remover, I was not able to tip like I normally would have.
