I have been getting hair extensions from her almost as long as I’ve been getting my hair cut and colored by her. Everyone is super nice, and the place is very clean. Unfortunately the products they use don’t seem to work on my hair. The first time I went the color washed out in a few days, I went back and they tried to correct it, but once again the color is gone and the only part that lasted is where they lightened it, but it is much blonder than when I left the salon. I use redken shampoos and haven’t used any box dyes for seven months, so I assume it is a product issue.

Super bummed out. My wedding is less than 2 weeks away, and I got an email from the front desk saying that Jordan’s schedule changed and she is unable to do my hair for my wedding day. That along with asking me to make accommodations for them I am less than pleased. It’s not like I was just getting a simple cut and color. It’s my wedding day. One of the most important days of my life. So very unprofessional, and inconvenient.

Always a solid experience getting a man’s hair cut there. I have crazy, thick wavey wildman hair that few can tame. I come looking savage and leave civilized. Also, this is the only place my wife has continued to go to as she demands consistency in hair color and style. The owner is outstanding and her operation seems to run smooth and with positivity. I would recommend to anyone in the area. May have to wait a little while but as Bourdain says: if there’s a wait, it’s probably worth it.

So, I went in with washed out red hair. I wanted all over chocolate brown, highlights with a bobbed haircut. The cut is perfect. And the chocolate roots are perfect. I understood that the highlights might have needed to be done at a different time. I was willing to come back for them. My stylist said she would do a few and see what happened.
