I usually have good experiences. Went in for two treatments, a Moroccan oil body treatment followed by an hour massage. The service was adequate, but I’m not happy about being talked out of the 60-min massage ($90.00) into a 30-minute massage ($75.00) without the cost difference being clarified. I assumed the 30-minute would be half as much ($45) as the 60-minute ($90), but it clearly wasn’t. That should have been made clear and it wasn’t. Feel like I was hoodwinked into a bad bargain and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWe wanted to find a spa nearer to us and made an online couple massage appointment. I received a voicemail asking me to call and finalize the online appointment. On calling back my appointment was not found and when I ask if I could then make another appointment I was just told no. I asked for a manager to call back and up to now am still waiting for the call. The purpose of allowing online appointments is hopefully to make your customers life easier, this is not the case if your staff can’t even find the appointment request. The manager Chelsea is very rude. She acts very nice to the customers but makes faces behind their backs when they turn around or reach in their purse. She also talks about every customer in a negative way. Just not a good place and she brings a very negative energy.

My mom and I each did a spa day package with massages, facials, pedicures, and lunch. Amazing ambiance and service from the moment you walk in! The staff are friendly, professional, and incredibly talented. The facility is clean, beautifully decorated, gently lit, and smells lovely. The shop area is lovely with beautiful candles and skin care products. The owner was so nice and attentive. The ladies that worked with me were Sonya (facial), Tee (pedi), and either Kacie or Tiffany (massage). I was so relaxed following the massage I asked her name and instantly forgot it in a fog of relaxation. I highly recommend Le Roche Bleu Day Spa, and will be back!
