I got my nails done today and they are simply flawless. Absolutely fabulous job done on my nails by Casey. Such detail and technique given in his service. The best dipped powder nail treatment I’ve ever received. I’ve been here numerous times and the manager has always gone out of her way to stop by and say hello. She Always gives such a warm greeting at the door. I’ve also had Angel do my nails and they have also done a really great job. Overall Five star service given throughout my multiple visits.❤️ ❤️

This place is SO NICE! The girl at the front was so sweet and has great customer service. My nail tech was amazing too. Very nice. I love that he didn’t do the foil method to remove my gel polish and was very attentive to detail of my nails, even though I just got a solid color. He painted several layers of the polish to make sure the color showed up because I chose a very light pink which I very much appreciated! I absolutely love my pedicure and you can definitely tell it was quality service.

I have been hoping around nail salons to find the one for me. Excited to stumble across this one! The location is perfect! The front desk receptionist was awesome! She was very clear about wait time because they were short staffed, and did everything she could to accommodate. I didn’t mind waiting since I walked in. The salon was very clean, the tools were individually wrapped, and the staff was wonderful. The lady who did my pedicure was so awesome, she paid attention to detail. The guy who did my acrylic set was good too, a little rough but I feel like a lot of the men I have had my manicures done with tend to be like that. Prices are a tad bit high, but it seems like most nail salons are raising prices anyways.

Loving this salon! I’ve been only twice and have loved the service. I see how well they treat their customers and staff. Came on Friday but my nails started chipping they fix them today at no added charge. They look even better!

I showed her a few inspo pics and she enthusiastically chose a design. Jenny did above and beyond what I expected. She free handed the design and added her own personal touch. I couldn’t be happier!Next I got my eyelash extensions done by Rainbow. It was a full set done in an hour! I’ve gotten lash extensions before and it usually takes 2-4 hrs for first application. She did an amazing job and was very efficient. Rainbow also waxed my eyebrows. I am very particular about my eyebrows and she did an amazing job! I’ve been to a lot of over-priced, mediocre nail salons in Austin, but Le Posh has been an elevated experience at an affordable price both times I’ve gone. I’ve had two different nail technicians and both were thorough and friendly. The space is clean and relaxing, and they also give you a refreshment during your service. The lotions and scrubs they use are high quality and smell wonderful! Highly recommended!

This place looks nice inside but the service and products are terrible. Two visits in a row this summer my Dip manicure color changed within a week! First I got pink and it faded to orange which I have NEVER had happen to me before at any other salon. Then the next visit I got a white manicure and within 5 days it turned YELLOW. Mind you, I do not use harsh cleaning chemicals or anything on my nails, this is purely because Le Posh must use cheap Dip powders. When I went back the last time I chose black because that can’t fade and I wanted OPI since I know for sure that is a good dip product. Well they didn’t have OPI of course. When I spoke to the lady at the counter at checkout about my previous experiences (and showed her the pictures) I was expecting a comped service or at least a 50% discount. Instead she told me that “light dip colors just fade like that”. Ummm no, I went to Queen Spa on S Lamar (where I will now be going back to) …and I never had my nail color fade ever. After talking to the girl at the desk for a while, the best she could offer me was $10 dollars off my manicure…pathetic. Terrible customer service, I will never return. Such a waste of my money. I really tried liking them and gave them a chance but they lost me as a customer and I suggest you go elsewhere too. They use cheap products that fade and change color, they are not perfectionists, and they have awful customer service and will not make it right when you point out something that is obviously their fault.
