I had an appointment with Kimberly Wednesday the 4th, 2023. To be honest I was reluctant as I have never had this done before. She was so sweet and professional! Worst experience ever. I thought my appointment was scheduled for a Wednesday at 10:00. I sat outside for 15 minutes waiting for the lady to acknowledge that I was there. It was pouring down raining outside and I just sat outside waiting. About 20 minutes went by and I finally walked in and asked her when she would be available so I could start my appointment. She then informed me that I was a no call no show and my appointment was the day prior. I was confused because I booked my appointment for Wednesday and thought my appointment was on Wednesday at 10:00. She then informed me that I would have to reschedule and I would lose 175$ for services that I never received. And I would also have to pay an additional $175 to rebook. I was very upset because I had not only booked a babysitter to have my lashes done, but now I’m out of 175$ and will be going out of town without my lashes done. She was very unprofessional and rude and I would never go back or recommend her to anyone.

Le Petite Studio is going to be my lash place for life! I used to go to another girl who does lashes – they would fall out very quickly and I would have to pay for full sets relatively often, she never offered to fix her mistakes, she was unprofessional, and the individual lashes were so thick that they were uncomfortable and almost itchy on my eyes. I didn’t know any better for a long time, until I had enough and decided to try someone new. Thank GOODNESS I found Kim and Le Petite Studio!
