I love this salon. The ambiance is wonderful. The staff are hilarious and they do great hair. Ms. Lori is the best colorist I have found, and Ms. Bev makes you feel like you’re in heaven when she washes your hair. All around hilarious bunch of ladies!!! Love them all!!

I am extremely unhappy and very upset. I went to get my hair balayaged and showed pics of what I had in mind. The end result looked nothing like the pics. It doesn’t look like a balayage. It’s really patchy and bad. I have a lot of pieces that are ORANGE and some pieces are icy white-ish. I had so much hair fall out and have really bad breakage. I now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed and I don’t think it’s fair I have to spend even more money to fix a problem that was not my fault. You are supposed to feel beautiful after getting your hair done but instead I went home and couldn’t stop crying. My sister looked at my hair and said it looks terrible and doesn’t look like a balayage and pointed out that i have really brassy pieces.
