I’ve been coming here for about 3-4years. I’m not sure if it’s under new management but I’m not happy with their service. I normally buy a package of 2 sets of 6 seasons and they never have appointments. They are either 2-3 months out. The previous receptionist was about to squeeze me in cause my seasons are less than 10min. I wasn’t happy with the last session. I called the office 2x today and left a voicemail. They never answer they’re phone. They mainly txt you. I didn’t get a callback. Another thing they were so secretive about Mary no longer being there. One person said she’s only there 2x and someone else said she no longer works there. I no longer recommend this place.

Love this place!! I got my underarms done and the nurses and employees are really nice. I got 6 sessions and my underarms only grow a few hairs now. The ambiance is nice as well, very clean and they even have tea/coffee and sweets for their patients. I just hope they reopen after COVID so I can get the rest of my body done.

The very first place I received laser from and by far the best. I came here many months ago and it is unfortunate I can never schedule another appointment because the phone lines. I wish I could remember the lady’s name she removed all the hair from my face and I have yet to find a place that does the same for a good price like this place.

They sent me a text message to cancel on me, (not the first time this happens), and I’ve called various days, multiple times so I can reschedule. It says on their page that they’re open yet I’m unable to get in contact with anyone. Completely unprofessional.
