I am new to this area and called the salon and asked them what it would cost for a woman’s wash cut and blow dry. I would be a first-time customer. The woman that I spoke to told me $30. When I arrived at the salon for my appointment The person that was going to do my hair started to spritz my hair with the water bottle instead of taking me over to the sink to wash my hair. I said to her aren’t you going to wash it first?. I said I made an appointment for a wash cut and blow dry. She then went to the stylist next to her who I assume was the owner and asked her about it and she told me that no it would be $50. so I said I was told it would be 30 and she said no that’s only for established customers. First time customers it would be 50. I never heard of anything like that and if that was their policy then that should have been stated to me when I made my initial phone call. They told me that if I just wanted to get it cut it would be 25 but if I wanted its styled and washed it would be 50. Needless to say I I told him I would have to leave. So I had to walk out of the salon with one side of my head wet and no haircut. I would not recommend the salon because that’s just not what you do. When you call for pricing you should get the true pricing and not be told something different once you arrive. I would not recommend this salon to anyone as that is not how you do business.
