As a business owner myself what do we want ? We want the client to be satisfied and walk out of our spas with a smile correct! Well my experience at Le Nails was horrible I kindly asked the lady who was doing my nails to make them thinner and not thick. Well I had to tell her a few times and her respond was ” Next time if you want them thinner go with another person” I was in shock !! I said excuse me what did you just say ? And she repeated herself… what kind of service is that!! I told her I am an esthetician and I would never ever talk that way to any of my clients. I would never recommend Le nails. I don’t really leave negative comments but people like her should not be working in the beauty industry……..

You’ve been waiting months to get your nails done.In my home town we lack a great nail shop.I unfortunatley learned this the hard way after having had my nails hurt at two different local shops.I was at the end of my rope & was starting to convince myself that maybe I didn’t need a full set & pedicure every two weeks.While having a coffee sitting outside of Petes I noticed Le’s Nails and walked over to purchase a nail file and buffer as I had planned to remove the acrylic that was left after I walked out of the shop that hurt me for the second time.When walking into the salon I was greeted by the sweetest woman EVER. I had asked to purchase a nail file and buffer. She immediately gathered the two & then with a puzzled look asked why? Why are you buying these? I took a deep breath & explained how badly my nails were burnt and cut at the last shop I was at.The gal took my hands into hers and said “oh my goodness sweetie, do you have time?” For what I asked? She said, to have your nails fixed love.My eyes started to water immediately. I walked in while they were closing. She took the time to listen to me and help me. She saw just how important my nails were to me.Here is where I met Heidi,shes an angel.She beyond fixed what I thought was hopeless.She made me feel beautiful! She blew my mind as a nail technician. I have been getting an acrylic full set for six years.I have NEVER seen talent like I saw talent in their nail shop. Watching the other men and women getting pedicures made me wish I had had more time that day.I made sure to schsdule it my next visit.Today was my next visit.My pedicure was HANDS DOWN THE BEST ONE OF MY LIFE! My nails, just take a look! If you haven’t been, you must! It is straight up a mistake if you don’t BECAUSE you deserve the best. You’ll never find another shop as clean, as talented, as punctual, as informative, or as detail oriented.They care here. You can tell by how the salon is kept. I told myself if my finger starts bleeding again I’d make this review so here I am. The man that worked on my nails was horrible. I felt like my hands were being man handled the whole time and while cutting my cutting my cuticles I was nicked. Now when I wash my hands or accidentally touch the skin my finger burns. On top of that there’s little stuff in the polish so it’s bumpy and annoying to look at. My hand still had acrylic material stuck to it when he was done jacking up my hand. Pls try to get one of the ladies to do your nails if anything. I truly do not believe that man knew what he was doing

I walked in at 10:30 and they were busy so they made me an appointment for 11:15 and asked me to come back. I did. When I got there, they sat me down and I waited for 30 minutes before anyone even came by to help me. The manager seemed apologetic for making me wait and offered to do a delux pedicure for the price of the basic, which I thought was kind. However, the person doing my pedicure only spent 15 minutes all together. She rushed the service. Barely scrubbed or anything. She then shoved my sandal back of my foot, and scraped the polish (which she only gave 30 seconds to dry). The woman got mad at ME for the mistake and lazily just painted another coat over the ruined polish. I left because I was running late for a lunch and it looked okay enough. But, no more than 30 minutes later I looked down and my toenails were completely chipped and ruined. Worst experience ever.

Well…I was really disappointed in our visit. We had booked an appointment for 5 of us at 5:30, I booked the appointment because I knew 5 people at one time was a lot and they told me it was no problem. We went in and they sat all of us but we were sitting there for an hour before anyone even came over. So by the time we even started our pedicure the water was cold. My sister also saw them share tools which was disgusting. But I didn’t know this until after. They clearly aren’t concerned with being clean. I was lucky and didn’t have someone who was brutal. But many of the ladies had painful experiences. I will never be back to this salon again.

I am completely traumatized from my experience here. I just moved to the area and need to find a new nail place for dip powder. The nail technician RIPPED my old dip powder off with her own nails. She broke three of my nails in the process. It was so painful and I was in shock that it was happening. Do not come here Dip powder
