I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and the quality has just gotten so terrible. I always ask for almond shaped nails but only one tech can ever get it right, and I rarely ever get her when I come.

I love Diana so much. I’ve been going to her for the last 6 years and she never fails me.. she takes her time and always make sure I’m a happy customer. This set took 5 hours but that’s my normal time frame I spend with her once a month .

First time I went a young gentleman took his time and made sure every step was completed thoroughly. Next time I went I had a woman who zipped through the pedicure service, didn’t even clip my nails, then seemed frustrated that I asked for a manicure as well. I have never been so disappointed with a service, I gave 2 stars only because of the young gentleman’s attentiveness.

If I can give them less than once that would be what they deserve. When I walked into the nail shop I asked them how much would it be for a refill in my polish change I was quoted a price but then after they done my toes they turned around and looked at my fingernails for the second time and tells me oh no your nails are wrong we have to charge you extra because longer nails are more work and because it’s your natural nail it would take longer. WOW!!! Instead of trying to hustle me out of money they could have just done a good job on my nails and under the tip

By far hands down the best nail salon in Austin/Pflugerville/Round Rock!! I searched and tried many places before a friend referred me here. I’m picky and they do the most fabulous job everytime!! The prices are extremely reasonable as well!! I’ve now been coming here for over a year now. Love this place!!!
