I just went to this nail salon to get my wedding nails done. I was quoted $50 over the phone before I made my appointment, and charged $75 in the salon. When I told him that I was quoted $50, he said “well I’m telling you it’s $75 so that’s what you’ll pay.” All of my nails looked fine except my ring finger which to me is the most important finger for my wedding pictures. The nail was very crooked. I have gotten my nails done many times and never had a crooked nail so I know this was his mistake. I asked him if he could fix it, and he threw his tools down and stood up angrily and said loudly in front of all the customers “I am the professional. Do not look at your nails and tell me to fix something.” He refused to fix it, and when I called back to tell them how unhappy I was and uncomfortable I was made to feel they did not even apologize. Another stellar appointment at LE Nails – NOT!!!! My daughter and her new almost sister in law went there tonight for wedding nails done for Saturday. The bride asked for acrylic nails with a gel hombre. The technician messed up ring finger nail and when the bride asked to have it fixed, the technician threw down his tools and said that he is the professional and should never be questioned. He then walked away and never came back. This is her ring finger for her wedding for pictures!!! The bride left in tears with my daughter and the brides future mother in law. What the heck!!!! Get in control of your employees LE Nails!!!!

I’m done with this place. Dirty and men there are horrible. Man handle your nails and rush thru your service. Waste of money!!!!! They can’t even speak proper English when you explain shape or style or anything you want done with your nails! And horrible customer service. Danny has made this the worst experience for my mother. He is the reason she will be looking for someone else. He is the most disrespectful person she has ever met. They should definitely be looked into.

I am updating my review. 5 years ago I actually left a 5 star review but unfortunately they do not deserve that high of ranking anymore. My last couple visits have not been stellar and the lady who checked me out was quite rude. I had multiple people doing my manicure and pedicure (not by my choice, what the salon chose to do) I handed her what I thought was a generous tip and she actually questioned it basically asking for more. Sorry when you pay $120 for the service I am not going to tip each person 20% that’s just unrealistic. I would never in a million years question the amount someone tips….super rude and I am not sure that I will come back after that.
