i kept saying they were to long she wouldn’t listen i told her one C was bigger then the other and she made it thicker. i do NOT recommend this nail place. it looks like a child did my nails Acrylic nails

My daughter and I arrived at our scheduled time but waited several minutes for staff to come out of the back room and greet us. I was seated for my manicure and the dip was applied then I was moved for my pedicure and eyebrow wax before the manicure was completed. Pedicure was acceptable but the chair was uncomfortable and the buttons for the massage settings were all broken. I had to ask for my eyebrows to be evened out and the tech (who was hard to understand) said something about it being because of how my brows were shaped before not because she didn’t trim them to match. I had to wait again to get the manicure finished. My nails were cut down unevenly and left crooked, the edges are jagged, and the nails are thicker than usual. I’ll be trying other salons.

I needed a new place near by and decided to try this place out and im very impressed. Best nail place i’ve been to by far. She was very careful and took her time on my nails. The staff are so friendly. Most nail places ive gone to are rushing and my nails never come out nice or even close to what I had asked for. When I came in and got exactly what I asked for. She was very gentle with the file to not hit my fingers and other places ive gone to havent cared about that and Ive come out with cuts on my fingers, not here though. Will be coming back here and recommending them to friends and family

I usually do not write reviews, but the service here was so terrible I am hoping I can save others from the frustration I experienced!!! I Scheduled an appointment to have my daughters finger and toe nails done for prom. Waited for an hour past appointment time to have service completed, usually would not do this but really wanted service completed before her special event. I was told that someone else had came late to their appointment so my daughter would have to continue to wait even though she was on time for her appointment. The employee I spoke to stated my daughter would still be able to have service completed even through their business was scheduled to close in 30 minutes. Most of the staff went home at closing time and my daughter was able to get her finger nails only completed due to time. We had to stop at Walmart on the way home to find a matching color for her toes to do ourselves at home. Sooooo disappointed in the customer service here, why even take appointments if you are not going to pay attention to them or respect your clients time??!!

Positive: Quality, ValueI have had gel dips that were nowhere near my cuticle even after pushing them down days in advance, knowing I’m about to have a manicure. I was SO PLEASED, even during the process. Every dip was far beyond my nail and up to my first knuckle. That is quality service! Not trying to make you have to come back sooner for a fill, and of course it just looks so much better. Lots of color selections, too. I have had gel dips that were nowhere near my cuticle even after pushing them down days in advance, knowing I’m about to have a manicure. I was SO PLEASED, even during the process. Every dip was far beyond my nail and up to my first knuckle. That is quality service! Not trying to make you have to come back sooner for a fill, and of course it just looks so much better. Lots of color selections, too. Definitely recommend!
