Critical: ProfessionalismI went to this location for filling and repair upon going I looked on their website for pricing upon sitting down I ask for the services of a fill in and a repair they didn’t have the color acrylic I had on my nail so I had to get a polish I chose gel polish and then upon checking out I was told that my total was $60 I paid the $60 and then I looked on their website and seen that I was over charged an additional $20 so I inquired on why I was charged an additional 20 he explained it was for my length I didn’t understand why I was being charged for length when my nails but the length that they are when I came in with he got upset and said that he didn’t wanna talk to me being yelling at me being very aggressive for no reason because he had already been paid his money and I wasn’t refusing to I just wanted to understand why I was being charged a different amount than what was advertised on their website I will never attended a nail salon again I don’t recommend anyone going to the nail salon I had a very distasteful experience If you do not have prices advertise in the salon think you should be at Will to discuss your prices with the customer or advice and the price as they’re sitting down or I’m gonna have to charge you extra for XYZ because of this, also my nails are very bubblyUpdate: called like requested below lady answered the phone I asked for the manager she asked why… I stated she requested my call she said she wasn’t there I asked do you know when she’ll be in she said no I don’t know… very unprofessional how do you not know when manager will be in…. Also know three days later my nail popped off on my middle finger while showering. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueUpdate: I am so sad to see this salon close! Went by today 12/8/22 to see they had closed shop. My favorite place- I hope they open a new salon nearby!Honestly, I’ve been to so many nail salons across Greenville. This is BY FAR my favorite. They are so clean, they listen to what you want, and they TAKE THEIR TIME! I hate a rushed job and I’ve been to other salons that rush and my nails will show that they rushed. But Le Nails is so thorough and they are perfectionists. It’s a great value for the work they do, they are WONDERFUL!
