Was required to make an appointment and leave deposit just for the salon to open ten minutes late and the nail tech show up half hour late with Starbucks. After filing my nails she said another tech would finish. After asking why repeatedly she finally lets me know it’s bc she was late for another appointment. Not sure why that should become my problem but I can’t wait to leave this place so I can never come back.

Loved this place! First, they have great safety measures in place – everyone (including customers) is masked and they have partitions up. Everything looked and felt very clean, and I had the best nail tech I’ve ever had. I normally hate getting my cuticles taken care of, but she somehow managed to be both gentle and thorough. Really great – would definitely go back here again.

I had a WONDERFUL experience today!! Mike did my nails and Hannah did my pedicure and eyebrows. This was my first time in like a year….I was soooo nervous. My nervousness was replaced by COMFORT! Everybody was warm and welcoming, very clean…they practiced social distancing, and my nail are BEAUTIFUL and PERFECT! I highly recommend. I’ve found a new home to help with my self care!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismMy friend and I went to get our nails done together and they put her in the chair and had me wait. 1 hour goes by and my friends nails are finished and they asked me since there was so many other people waiting (after me, might I add) if I could come back later to get my nails done. They gave average service but charged us $80 for a standard pedicure. When I questioned the cost, I was told that I asked for extra.( I didn’t ) I just got out of the hospital after a two week stay and was staying at my parent’s house for a two week 5:00 AM run. I wanted to thank my mom not get ripped open enough for another hospital stay. Needless to say, my mother and I will be going to the salon near my house in People’s Plaza where they give you an an awesome foot massage and pedicure for way, way less money than these jokers!!!!!!!
