Use to be my favorite salon to go to but after this experience I will never go back. I’m so disappointed in the quality of my nails. My cuticles are cut, the filing done is way to deep. I never been in so much pain. The pictures tell it all!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon chair moved as I was sitting down. I fell on floor, I get myself up and hobble over to chair that moved. I very carefully sit. She used a sander to get old gel polish off. She didn’t do my cuticles. She didn’t fill in. She just replaced broken acrylics and started polishing. Nails look horrible.

CASH ONLY! They have a sign on the door but if the door is propped open you don’t see it. Also when I called to make the appointment it wasn’t mentioned. My toes look good and the price is right but never assume in Cortez that every industry accepts cards.

One of the best manicures and pedicures I’ve ever had – and the longest lasting! It’s been 10 days since I was there and my fingernail polish has survived dishwashing, traveling and moving. A new record! My toenails are still looking good too. And another plus: the chair massager was excellent. I was just visiting Cortez but if I lived there, I would not go anywhere else. Prices are very reasonable – $30 for a regular pedicure and $20 for regular manicure. Bring cash or a local check.

Nails was cut to short for My liking asked for coffin cut ended up with square nail primer was only put on one hand, ended up being charged 50 dollars from what I was told was because the length was long which they aren’t very poor quality fir the money I spent and didn’t even get what I wanted so from now on I will wait to get my nails done in Durango AR another nail salon that will do what I asked for and the length that I want. You want good quality go to VIP nails in durango wrll worth the money there

Even though the salon was fully booked, Mary squeezed me in the night before my wedding weekend (when nothing else was open!). She did a regular mani/pedi for me on Thursday night, and it lasted –without chips!– until Monday morning. Even through horseback riding, hiking, etc. Very reasonably priced. Great conversation.
