I would give zero stars if I could…This place is my last resort…I initially wanted a French tip, but wanted it painted instead of the already ready ones…and I wanted some hearts drawn on them….Of course they said they couldn’t do it….I settled for a pearl tip with pink powder….they looked really nice, but I NEVER pay $50 for a basic pearl tip…..They never go the extra mile for their customers and they always do what they want to your nails, so I don’t know why they even bother in asking what it is you would like….Again, this is my last resort and had to be at an event so I had to settle for whatI got…..

As we sit here having pedicures, we have noticed that the cuticle cutters were used on all of us. (good thing we are all family) We hope the rest of the equipment they are using is sterilized. The cuticle and lint they clean out is being wiped onto our feet, not onto the towel. Gross! We were not asked which pedicure we would like, they just did the bare minimum. We would have liked more. We were not spoken to once we were told to sit down, till we told how much. We asked for the 9 year old with us to be done first, for more drying time, she was done last. One employee was working on feet and then went to do someone’s nails without washing hands. I would not recommend, and will not be back.

I started coming to this business back in December 2015 and it started out fine. The past couple of visits they have just about ripped me off price wise. I decided to try the color powder and when I went for the refill I had them change my color. At no point did they tell me it would cost $30 for the fill AND $25 to change the color. Bare in mind it cost $45 to get the initial set. So I ended up being charged $55 for nails and $30 for my deluxe pedicure for shellac white French tip. Today I went and just filled my nails (no color change) and did the same pedicure but with blue French tip. When I went to check out the lady said $55 for pedicure with shellac and $20 for my fill. I said $55 for pedicure!!! Why?!?! She proceeds to say it’s cause I got shellac. I said that’s not what you charged me last time. She said it’s always been that way! I said that’s BS; that’s a lie, and it’ll be the LAST TIME I come there to give them my business. Told them to also do themselves a favor and post all their prices!

I went to get a full set for my 16th birthday, and a fellow customer was upset because she was waiting too long. Shortly she started saying racial slurs to the older employee woman, and they started yelling back and forth at each other (all while the male employee was doing my nails). He was distressed due to the other lady customer and started filing my nails really carelessly and at a fast rate. After about 10 minutes, I asked if he could fix the slanted filing on my left pinkie, and he looked up and mocked me and said “can you fix it???”, basically just imitating me. Then he proceeded to say “hold on!! impatient!!” Again, it was my 16th birthday, and I started crying. My mother and sister were really concerned but I refused to tell them what happened. Then before we walked out of there, they charged $50! No discount for the emotional distress? Come on, on my birthday! Never going there again.

Very pleased with this place. Anna is the best. I have in my opinion hard to fit thumb nails so there’s usually a gap but she was the first person ever to take the time and fill in the white to make it complete. I will be returning every time I need my nails done.

Never again…I’d give it less than one star if there was an option. Terrible service, way too expensive for basic stuff, and a very hostile environment…guy was not happy to be there and it showed in his interaction with his customers. It was hard enough to understand him with the language barrier and his super soft voice yet he never bothered to take the mask off so I was guessing what he was saying the entire time. It was impossible to communicate. I’m certain I didn’t hear him right…$30 for a manicure alone?!!!!!! That’s outrageous! When I finally decided on just a full set of acrylics…he did the first few nails and they had a deep purple tint due to the purple solution he was using…looked awful like I was sick or something….had him take it all off…he wasn’t happy and pretty sure he was cussing me out the entire time in Vietnamese. Tipped him anyway but regretting it now.

Ripoff!! They were very rude then just kept highering the price as I told them how I wanted my nails done. First they said 25 then because I wanted them long it went up 35 then color and so on and so on. Paid 65 and it was a terrible job. When I pointed out how it wasn’t filled completely he just smirked and said yea yea.

Nails weren’t fitted to my nail right half of my nail was still showing. I didn’t notice it til later. Lady was rough with my feet when I got my pedicure and they weren’t busy nor was it close to closing. Never offered a drink or spoke to either except for getting the money won’t go back

Very rude staff, as a small business in a small town they should value customer service and customers. The market is not big and there are many other competitors in the area. If the neglect in service continues I don’t expect this place to last long.
