I’ve walked by this place numerous of times and finally decided to give it a go! Read some reviews online and ended up walking in since I had time. I didn’t wait that long, maybe less than 10 mins which Is awesome since quarantine restrictions and all.. Brian was my nail technician. He gave me a mask, sanitized his work area, and asked me to wash my hands. I noticed he did as well! we both used hand sanitizer after washing our hands and the process began! I showed him a picture of what I liked and he gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! I’m usually really picky about my nails being straight and not crooked, BUT he was VERY thorough with my nails! I’ve never had my nails look so flawless!!! He was attentive, but also really chill which was nice since I’m a mom and getting my nails done is my “me” time.. I didn’t have to have a forced conversation which felt great! I will definitely continue my service here! Oh and it only took 45mins to do my nails. I spent less than an hour here and that includes waiting for a bit by being a “walk-in”

Le Nails was rude, left my hands in acetone despite my telling them it was burning my hands. I was yelled at to keep my hands in the acetone. My hands are permanently scarred, splitting, & bleeding 3 1/2 years later! The pain is unimaginable & so are the medical bills! Everything I do involves severe pain still! Manicure

This place was the worse nail salon I have ever been to! The the decor was nice but the service did not match. I normally get shellac on my toes with the deluxe pedicure. After reviewing the prices I notice that they were more expensive than I was willing to pay. I told the tech that had started my pedicure that I changed my mind about the deluxe pedicure. She said something in her language to one of the other workers and he came and said nothing to me but very rudely pulled the warm pillow from behind my neck. I then told the tech that was rude. She said nothing back to me and keep doing my toes. When she was finish my toe nail polish was awful! I was going to get my nails done too but I didn’t want to give them any more of my hard worked for money, to get bad service!

Last night I took my friend and we were treated awful. I got shellac and the paint doesn’t cover my nails. Awful polish job and rude when we asked to fix it they did not! Mumbled and ignored us!! Not 12 hrs later my shellac looks awful! Barely got my cuticles cleaned and the arm massage was a joke! Glad I don’t live here and will never come back. Expect the worst experience if you dare go here.

My first and second visits were great. I THOUGHT I had found a new nail salon. The second time, I loved my nails so much, I called back to tell Cathy how much I loved them. This third visit was a nightmare. Cathy a) refused to clip my cuticles, b) got an attitude because I didn’t want my nails the way she wanted them, and c) as a result told me twice to find someone else to do my nails even after my attempts to professionally smooth the situation over. Not to mention the clumped up sloppy polish I received on my toes after my pedicure. If I wasn’t trying to live more Godly, I surely would have cursed her out. Instead I thanked her, paid my ticket and left. I won’t say don’t go. I will say EXPECT A PROBLEM if you want something contrary to what Cathy wants for you.

Pedicure was great! I decided to get my eyebrows waxed too, and they did a great job shaping them. The only thing I had issues with was the waxing chair. It was literally just a chair, and I had to look up at the ceiling. My neck hurt the whole time! Other than that, perfect service and great work!
