I had to ask her multiple times to clean it up and she preceded to tell me that that’s the shape I asked for and she doesn’t understand what’s wrong with them. I also had to ask her to clean up around my nails because the black acrylic powder was on my cuticles and skin. My nails were just put together not with any care or love for their work. My eyebrows were messed up! Won’t be paying this Nail Salon any visits in the near future !

Kathy is a great nail technician however only 3 ppl work here and she’s always called to polish. Great service during the week. Very slow during weekends but that’s bc lack of workers.

The older male is very rude and disrespectful! He tells me that I have to tell the technician how thick I want my nails, after I tell him that I never tell a professional nail tech how to do their job…then when I told him well from here on out I’ll tell the tech how thick the acrylic should be on the nail…He YELLS at me and say you can’t tell us how to do nails!!! To make matters worse, the young lady yelling to him in their language, you take care of your nails then it won’t break! Then I still sit there to be serviced and they took then next person that walked through the door. I’ll never go there again or even refer them.

I walked in and the female dog didn’t have the decency to say hi…didnt even look up. So I walked in and said I came to a polish change on my toes and she said “you gone have to wait!” Very rudely. I’ll never go back there. No wonder there were only 2 customers in there lol. The shop I go to a block down was closed thats the reason I went anyway.

Ive been going here for over 10 years their service is great the only issue is there are only 3 nail techs and usually everybody wants Kathy to service them because we love her work so sometimes there’s a wait but overall great shop great service !!
