Critical: ProfessionalismAfter 20 plus years of faithful business to Lan at LeNails it has become apparent that this company no longer appreciates my business. Without explanation, without cause, without any feedback I have been forced to withdraw my business from Le Nails due to unprofessional practices and unprofessional personal issues on behalf of the staff.It is very unfortunate that they opted to treat a customer of more than 20 years this way. If you are planning to visit this establishment just be careful. They don’t value your business. They also talk about customers badly for mo reason. They also talk about each other badly. The overall environment has become TOXIC and extremely unprofessional. They ignore phone calls, they over charge without informing the customer in advance and the owner allows the staff to mistreat customers. I am very disappointed!!!! I am a fair and honest Professional NBA Chaplain. It is my opinion that this company looks down on black customers. They purposely discourage black business. I am absolutely applaud by the way I was treated.If you’re in the Rochester Hills area there are many other nail salons to visit. This place is not worthy of your hard earned money. They don’t care about the customers. After 20 plus years of faithful business to Lan at LeNails it has become apparent that this company no longer appreciates my business. Without explanation, without cause, without any feedback I have been forced to withdraw my business from Le Nails due to unprofessional practices and unprofessional personal issues on behalf of the staff.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to Le Nails for many years and have had excellent service each time. I always go in with a vision of the design I want on my acrylics, and Amy goes above and beyond to capture my vision. Most times, she even comes up with her own spin on it.
