Went with my niece today and had a great time. Nina was great and did a beautiful ombre french tip type of look on me and her mom painted my 5 year old nieces nails. They were very patient with her and even gave us water and candy. I was also able to take pictures of our nails with a cute little ring light Nina had. I will most definitely be coming back and I would 10/10 recommend.

This place is VERY unprofessional and are not good at nail services. My mother came here to get her nails and pedicure done. The lady skipped one of her toes and my mother had to let her know that she did not complete one of them….. this is not the worst part of it at all. When the other woman got finish doing her finger nails it literally looked like bird beaks and this is not an exaggeration!! They were also very thick with lumps and bumps every where! They were uneven some was shaped to the left and some was shaped to the right. There were clumps of white acrylic underneath the nails. My mother complained to the manager and she told her to come back the next day and that she will fix them. My mother comes in the next day and the manager changed what she said and said that she is not going to fix them and that she have to wait until noon what the NAIL TECH WHO JACKED HER NAILS UP COME IN. Why would any one in their mind let the person who did not do a good job go back and do a client’s nails who she did not do them right? PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!! BELIEVE THE OTHER COMMENTS THAT COMPLAINED OF SIMILIAR THINGS….IT’S TRUE!!

I made an appointment for 11:00 the day before and once I got there they literally took every single walk in before me. I am 8 months pregnant and was trying tk do my nails for my baby shower so I waited over 45 min to he called back and nothing…. a guy finally handed me the color swatch options and I waited for another five min then finally just left. Very unprofessional. If you make an appointment then make sure to take those people back before your walk ins.. and have workers who know how to do the service you requested appointments for. I’ll never come here again. I’ll stick to privé in Crocker.
