Critical: ValueMy experience was decent. I had to pick a different set because the lady didn’t know how to do the design I wanted (so I just added it on one finger only) On one nail she filed the side to hard that it cut me and after finishing she didn’t add the cuticle oil that nail salons always add. I would probably not come back. First photo is what I originally wanted (the black tips) second photo is what I told her to do instead. Third photo is what she did. My experience was decent. I had to pick a different set because the lady didn’t know how to do the design I wanted (so I just added it on one finger only) On one nail she filed the side to hard that it cut me and after finishing she didn’t add the cuticle oil that nail salons always add. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWalking in at first I was so excited… but after the rudeness of all the employees and the nails I received I will never go back again. I asked for medium Length coffin and the man said he couldn’t do it cause my nails were too short. Which is understandable since im a nail biter. When he was putting on my acrylic it got so hot that it actually hurt my nail beds. He sanded off my skin with the nail file. And my nails are the shortest coffin i’ve ever seen, mind you he said he couldn’t do it. And not to mention before all this he told me I didn’t have any nails. My nails are all misshaped he didn’t compare my hands fingers to the other hand. The lady painting my nails didn’t speak any English and put her hand up to my face to “shush” me when I told her what colors I wanted. Once I showed her what color she tried to hand me another one of the nail books to pick a different color. (I’m guessing cause she couldn’t find/didn’t feel like finding the color I actually picked) I got up and showed her and she had the worst attitude. Walking in at first I was so excited… but after the rudeness of all the employees and the nails I received I will never go back again. I asked for medium Length coffin and the man said he couldn’t do it cause my nails were too short. Which is understandable since im a nail biter.
