This is my go to relax place . They do the best pedicure and nails here. The prices are very reasonable and worth it . Any special designs or extra spa treatments they have it.. just gotta let them know in advance. Its a very respectful and courteous place. Everyone has great customer service and skilled at what they do .

If I could give no stars, I would. Starting off this is what I asked for and what I received and it was done by the owner in the first chair. My nails were left with lumps at the ends. The next morning because of how thick my gel polish was laid, i had gel polish oozing from both my thumb nails and bubbles of gel polish on two others. When going in to have it fixed, I was told no to getting the $50 I’d paid to have my nails done. Will never return to this place

I got an infection immediately after coming here, the nail tech cut the skin under my toes in multiple places while filing them down, didn’t clean up the polish around the edges, cut up the soft parts of my feet when doing callus removal while also not removing any of the callus. They look terrible. not gentle at all and do not care about the quality. The salon was dirty. I have to take amoxicillin for the infection of the cuts ALL over my feet, this is never happened to me once in my life until coming here. I can only assume the tools were dirty. my nail tech was extremely nice and sweet though. that’s the only good thing I can say about this place.

Horrible nail salon meand and rude and they have no idea with what they’re doing. They ruined my nails. I asked for a white tip and the tip had black smudge spots as well as bbubbles. I was very polite and they were rude. The nails are also big and wide and not filed properly. They refused to give me back my money and didn’t fix it either. When I called to speak to the manager she was also rude and hung up in my face. Please don’t ever go there. They are very inexperienced and never packed. No one is never waiting and that’s because they are the worse with horrible work. If I could give the a negative 0 I would do that .

My friend and I were in bad need of a mani & pedi. Due to the pandemic we have not gone to salons for a while. We found this place since it was Sunday and bonus fact, the plaxe was close to our place. The attendants were attentive to our requests. The wait time was not bad (we called prior to make sure they can accomodate) Their hands were light in fixing our nails and the place might not be a HOTEL LIKE SPA but it delivers what we had expected, clean well manicured nails.

Pedicurist did a very good job but I was very unsatisfied with nails, the guy couldn’t do the simple overlay and build a tip, didn’t try to find the color I wanted and didn’t listen when I told him how I wanted him to shape my nail for a natural look. Nail broke on second day. Would not recommend visiting if you’re thinking about going.
