Despite the multiple bad reviews this place has on here already, me and my mother decided to give them the benefit of doubt and try them out anyways, since they were the only place open and accepting walk-ins on Sunday. The staff was friendly and the girl who helped me was kind and picked the exact colors I was looking for. But the set that I received is just awful. Multiple nails are angled at the top and not filed correctly and my actual nail is hanging out on every corner of the acrylics. I paid $60 for a full set of nails and gel polish plus the jewels on the middle fingers and I tipped the girl $5, but when I left and got a good look @ them, I realized just how bad the job was. I went back the day after (Monday) to try to get them fixed or get a refund and was told by the ladies working that they couldn’t help me and that I would have to see/speak with the owner, Nancy. One of the ladies did offer to paint the corners of my nails, that were showing under the acrylics. L O L! I politely declined. I asked when I could come back and speak with the owner and was told to come back the following day (Tuesday) . When I went in the second time, on Tuesday to see the owner, she ALSO only wanted to fill in the corners with polish to cover my natural nail. When I asked for a refund or to have them taken off and have them redone I was told no, that she would only “fix them” aka “fill the corners in with polish”. If it was one bad nail, or two that weren’t straight, it wouldn’t be a big deal. I’m not asking for a perfect set of nails, but they could have done a WAY better job. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is absolutely THE WORST set of nails I’ve ever gotten. So disappointed. Le Nails, do better!!!

My nails are horrible. They aren’t neat and I specifically showed him the picture of the nails I wanted for a reason! Didn’t follow instructions and didn’t even attempt to try to use a darker pink or even pink powder to fix them. They are unprofessional as well. Critical: QualityI went in to this place for the first and last time. I asked for a whole acrylic set, easy enough, I didn’t have anything on my nails. It looks like I need a fill in and these were done yesterday! Not to mention this morning not 12 hours after I got these done they started peeling. I also asked for a face wax and a brow tint. I explained I want the tint to be the color on the big poster they had, apparently she didn’t have that color, and didn’t think I needed to know that, I have brown hair with a lot of blonde, and this lady tinted my brows black! Went for eyebrows, full set and pedicure with gel. My 3 year old daughter got her nails done with regular polish. I ended up paying 110 dollars. I feel I was over charged. 10 dollars for my daughters small fingers. My eyebrows were nice my nails were decent. I got regular red gel and coffin shaped nothing special no designs or anything. So I won’t be returning so they can overcharge me.

My fiance and I went there for a pedicure. We were sceptical because it had lower reviews than other locations around, but I am glad we went here. We chose the Volcano pedicure and it was amazing! I had gel toe polish and it looks great. The employees took their time with our feet and gave a great massage. We will be going back!

I am really impressed. Michael did a very good job. He was gental and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I was a little uncertain in the beginning but he proved my worries wrong. Salone has a very strong smell but after a while you get used to it. I would go again and I recommend.
