Went to this shop for the first time for a regular manicure/pedicure. The shop is clean and updated. I was pleased with how my nails/toes looked. The only thing that kind of bothered me was that my lady had in ear phones and talked on the phone the entire time.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I came in for my appointment for SNS and a gel pedicure and was told to pick my color. I chose my colors carefully to match my outfit for an event, and when they actually pulled the colors, they were the wrong ones. Then, for both gel and SNS, the colors weren’t even available. They pulled out other colors to choose from that weren’t even on the samples. I ended up with colors that I didn’t want at all and that didn’t match, yet Lynn kept insisting that they looked so good even though I told her I didn’t like it. The pedicure price list said $30 for pedicure and $5 more for gel, but when she checked me out, she whispered that it was $45. Not a relaxing pedicure at all! And color was peeling off the next day. On my nails… Awful y’all. Just awful. I’m guessing the good reviews are from people who didn’t get stuck with the owner, Lynn. COVID or not, it was dirty the way I was told to sit down in the seat right after someone else got up. There were nail clippings all over the table, and she never cleaned it up. Lynn went back and forth between me and another customer while also answering the phone constantly. I told her she needed a receptionist, and she said that she’s the best at making appointments. She would paint my nail answer the phone and write down an appointment, and then dip it into the powder. My nails are separating from the SNS, and this is the day AFTER! Not only that, but they’re thick, bumpy, and all around my nail bed and cuticles. I just moved to Greensboro recently, and I was looking for a local nail salon. I will NEVER go here again. She did a poor job on my SNS that 3 days after I had it done, it started to crack. Her station was a mess and I don’t think she cleaned it sanitized any of her tools. When I went back to get my nails fixed, she scanned at me when I was talking to another customer, that I tell everyone she does a bad job, she proceeded to walk around the salon screaming at me and then she tells me she don’t care if I never come back.I’ve been going to Le Nails for over a year and if they continue to have Lilly run things, they’ll be losing more than just my service! I made an appointment. They were running a little late. No big deal I sat soaking for about 15 minutes. Then a walkin asked if they had time. They said yes . Instead of starting on me when they finished with another customer they started working on the walkin even though I had been waiting 15 minutes past my appointment. I got up and walked out!.
