Jenny, the wife, did my pedicures and she was rough at times, always in a hurry, cut my heel once and very rough massaging my legs. Her husband takes his time and does much better, their daughter, Stephanie, is really good too.

I’ve been to every nail place in town for a gel manicure and this has been the best place I’ve been to. Anywhere else has been really rushed and always comes out differently. The owner takes his time and seems to really care about how it looks, and shaped my nails beautifully. I will definitely keep coming back here!

I don’t know that I have ever bothered to even leave a bad review for a business but this was so terrible that I feel I should warn others. I was so excited when I fist moved here this summer and found this business because the manicures and pedicures were SO great. It’s run by a husband and wife (just the two of them) and the only real downside was that they would work on me along with 2-4 other people at a time, which of course takes longer and is kind of annoying. After my first few visits, the wife (Jenny) was SO accommodating, even giving me her personal cell number so I could come in before business hours and avoid some of the wait time. The last time I went in, I had arranged with her to be there early and was running late (6 minutes late to be exact). As soon as I realized I couldn’t be there right on time, I texted her to see if she would like for me to reschedule or still come in. She told me to come on in, so I did, and arrived at 9:36. She was SO incredibly rude to me during my manicure, which she had never even done before, her husband has always been the one to do my manicures while she does the pedicures. She talked to me the whole time and was NASTY, making catty jabs left and right. She told me I had gotten lucky that she could take me early and that she normally wouldn’t EVER be able to accommodate me in that way-that was a service reserved for her “regulars” she said. The absolute worst part–she cut me just under my nail on my right ring finger and didn’t say a word about it or acknowledge it whatsoever. I winced and pulled away so many times as she finished my manicure because she was literally stinging me every time she swiped with the brush dipped in acetone to tidy up my nails. She has been doing nails for over 15 years now so I feel confident she knew (for sure) that she had cut me. I wish now, looking back, that I had refused to pay and left mid-manicure but I didn’t want to cause a scene so I sat there until it was over. It was the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. I will never go back there and will let everyone know (that I had previously raved to them about) how I was treated. It was wrong on so many levels.

Worst experience ever i had been their three times the first two times were good and i was okay going back even though they take a long time to do my nails. But last time i hated it i decided to get long nails and when i told the lady she was rude and told me it was going to be 10$ more i was ok with the price because i knew what i wanted. During the whole time she was being rude and hurt my nails. After she finished tbh my nails were horrible that was not what i expected for that price she ended up charging me 60$ I didn’t even bother on complain but i never went back but i found another salon called pretty nails they dont charge that much and do a better job i only paid 40$ for the nails i wanted

MS. Jenny and Mr. Ben are two of the sweetest folks. When I have my nails done with no polish Mr Ben makes them look real. MS. Jenny takes her time with my toes and scrubs on the heels to keep them smooth.

Two of my nails have chipped in two days. It’s funny cause Jennifer raves about how she does better business and how long she’s been around. I don’t see how anyone goes back to this place. Customer service is horrible, work is horrible, and has the nerve to charge just a much as others around
